Pricing questions
Is EventWall a subscription?
No. You pay once per event: $39 for Plus or $79 for Pro. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card.
Which plan should I choose?
Free is for trying EventWall or for a small gathering of up to 50 posts. Plus suits most parties and team events, with 500 posts, video uploads and a ZIP download. Pro is for galas, conferences, weddings and other larger or branded events, with 1,000 posts, 60 days and your own logo and brand colors.
What counts as a post?
Every photo, video or text message a guest submits counts as one post. A photo with a caption is one post. The limit is per event, not per guest.
What happens when the post limit is reached?
Guests cannot submit new posts until you upgrade, and everything already posted stays on the wall. Upgrading raises the limit straight away.
When do the 30 or 60 days start?
From the moment you pay for the upgrade. You can create the event and test it for free first, then upgrade a week or two before the event so the period covers the event and time afterwards to download the photos.
Can I upgrade from Plus to Pro later?
Yes. If your event is on Plus, upgrading to Pro costs the difference, $40.
Can I get an invoice with my company or organization VAT ID?
Yes. At checkout you can add your organization's name and VAT or tax ID, and you receive an invoice for the payment.
Is moderation included on the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan, including Free, lets you approve photos and messages before they appear on the wall.
What happens to the photos when the plan ends?
Photos and messages are deleted automatically when the event expires: after 3 days on Free, 30 on Plus and 60 on Pro. On Plus and Pro, download the ZIP before that date to keep the photos and videos.
