Do I need to approve messages before they appear on screen?
You can enable content moderation so every message is queued for your approval before going live. You can also let messages appear automatically if you prefer.

The ZIP export on the Plus and Pro plans includes photos and videos. Written messages are not part of the download — they stay visible on your wall and in the gallery for as long as your plan is active: 3 days (Free), 30 days (Plus) or 60 days (Pro).

Yes. Guests scan a QR code and type a wish from their phone, and it appears on your screen as a message slide. It works as a wish wall at a birthday, retirement, farewell or wedding, and you can switch on moderation so every wish is approved before it shows.

Yes. Attendees scan a QR code and post their pledge, commitment or goal as a short message, and it shows on the event screen. Teams use it for CSR and values pledges or kickoff goals. On the Pro plan you can add your company logo and brand colors to the wall.
Can guests post text-only messages without a photo?
Yes. Guests can send a message without attaching a photo, up to 1,000 characters. You can also set the event to accept messages only, so the QR code leads straight to the message form.
Is EventWall a live Q&A or voting tool?
No. EventWall shows moderated messages from your audience on screen, so it suits audience comments, reactions and greetings at a conference. It does not have upvoting, polls or a question queue for speakers.
Can guests send messages by SMS?
No. There is no SMS sending. Guests scan the QR code and post from their phone browser, with no app or account needed.
